We do not sell personal information for money.

We do not currently use the Site to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising, and the current Site does not use Meta Pixel, advertising remarketing pixels, or similar personalized advertising technology.

6. Email Communications

If you contact Ada, request information, or schedule a consultation, we may send communications related to your request or potential engagement.

We will send ongoing promotional or marketing emails only when you have requested them, opted in, or when otherwise permitted by applicable law.

Even after you unsubscribe from marketing communications, we may continue to send nonpromotional communications related to an active inquiry, engagement, transaction, or legal obligation.

A link to a third-party service does not mean that the third party endorses Ada or that Ada controls the answers, content, or information provided by that service.

11. Do Not Track and Preference Signals

Some browsers offer a “Do Not Track” setting. Because there is not currently a universally accepted standard for responding to Do Not Track signals, the Site does not respond to those signals in a uniform manner.

The Site does not currently use personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Where applicable law requires recognition of a legally valid browser-based opt-out preference signal, such as Global Privacy Control, we will process that signal as required.

California law requires covered commercial sites to explain their response to browser tracking signals and whether third parties may collect information about activity over time and across websites.

The Site is intended for adults and business professionals. It is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
